Set your 58mm set up free

Convert your existing 58mm in to a 46mm for a forgiving, sweet and full bodied espresso - great on it's own or long or with milk.

After experimenting and designing my own coffee machine over the past 4 years I came across an interesting experience. I was comparing the Flair Pro against my own 58mm manual and was struck by the taste difference. Like, wow, really? I wondered how that could be and comes down to the 46mm diameter basket. I then retrofitted a 46mm basket to my 58 portafilter and found the same across my manual and across a few other machines like the Gaggia and the Decent. 

My  mind was blown - sweet and full-bodied shots. Plus the grind size is coarser, tamping is more forgiving and channeling easier to manage. WOW.
